Online Trainings

E-learning is a powerful tool to support learning and cooperation between dispersed groups and networks. Having designed and administered several online courses and web based trainings, we bring solid experience to the development of teaching materials and the facilitation of virtual exchange processes.

Seminar Cycles

If you are looking for a good mix of personal and professionanl development, our seminar cycles might be right for you. Our three module workshop “Fundraising and Organisational Development” offers an introduction to the OD toolbox and a facilitated reflection of change processes within your own working environment. The training cycle can be extended by our “OD Workshop” which represents an opportunity to develop more depth with individual tools and cases.

Workshops

We offer workshos and training seminars, both inhouse and for open groups. Our core themes include fundraising, organisational development and project management. In including many practical exercises and case studies our workshops are designed to support lateral exchange processes and experiential learning.
