Facilitation is a structured method to support group discussion and decision processes. As facilitators we jointly develop a suitable process for your situation and guide you step by step to your goals.
Working with large groups requires a very structured approach allowing for participation and goal attainment at the same time. Well known conferencing techniques for large groups are Future Search, Open Space, and Perspectives Workshop. We are using these and other methods and adapt them to your needs.
Mediation
Mediation is a method for facilitating conflict resolution. In a mediation process we support you in finding solutions for your problems – to which after all you are the expert. Within a safe enviroment we facilitate a sharing of underlying interests, needs, emotions and wishes and help you craft all-win solutions.
