We support your change processes.
Coaching aims to support individuals in critical career situations. As your coach we advise you and propose new approaches to effect positive personal development. A coaching process will take between five and fifteen sessions taking place every two to four weeks.
Instead of giving expert advice we prefer to support and facilitate change processes. Jointly we assess and define your development goals and guide you step by step to implementation. We like to work alongside an internal “steering group”, which coordinates the change process from within the organisation. Our extensive experience in the nonprofit field helps us ask the right questions and choose the right tools in this process.
Team development
Team development as we see it aims to clarify competencies and roles in order to improve a team’s working ability. We focus on existing communication routines and suggest new patterns which are tested in exercises and role simulations. Team development workshops can take one or several days and may take place inhouse or at a retreat outside the team’s working environment.
